Antarctica, an overwater bungalow, the Galápagos, gorilla trekking, and a private alpine stay share one thing: the best versions are rarely last-minute.

Remote ships have limited cabins. Wildlife trips depend on specific dates and small groups. Private villas disappear quickly during the weeks everyone wants. Even a simple flight plan can become complicated when the destination has only a few workable connections.

Long-term planning is not about filling every hour a year ahead. It protects the hard-to-replace pieces first, then leaves room to shape the rest of the trip as dates get closer. I start with access, accommodations, and routing.

If any of these are on your list for 2027, the planning window is open right now. Message me.

Silversea presents a variety of dining options including specialty restaurants such as Kaiseki, inspired by the Japanese tradition of beautifully plated, meticulously crafted, multi-course meals. Indulge in teppanyaki, sushi, sashimi, and a few delightful surprises along the way.

The Mediterranean has been mapped, cruised, and photographed within an inch of its life. Somehow, Malta still flies under the radar. Here's what to know before everyone else catches on.

Valletta is Europe's smallest capital, walkable end to end in twenty minutes, and its cathedral holds Caravaggio's largest painting, the only one he ever signed.

Mdina, the walled Silent City, clears out when the day-trippers leave. A single small palazzo hotel lets you sleep inside the walls.

Gozo is a 25-minute ferry away, with temples older than the pyramids and dive sites serious divers cross Europe for.

And the logistics are a gift. Everything is about thirty minutes from everything else, English is an official language, and Valletta's old palazzos are being restored into small, characterful hotels one by one.

Malta won't fly under the radar much longer. Message me and get there first.

San Francisco has always known how to reinvent itself, and the city is in the midst of another comeback. New art trails, illuminated landmarks, buzzy restaurants, and revived neighborhoods are bringing a renewed sense of energy to the Bay Area's beauty. 🌁🥂

Read on about its new golden age, then let’s work together to plan your next vacation:

New restaurants, buzzy bars, and fresh openings – from JouJou and Frankie’s to the Big Art Loop and A Bathing Ape’s new flagship – are fueling a comeback in this Bay Area beauty.

If your ideal vacation involves holding a glass of Cabernet, September is your month.

Known across the w**e world as "Crush Season," September is when regions like Napa, Bordeaux, and Tuscany pick their grapes at peak ripeness. The air smells like fresh fruit, the vineyards are buzzing with energy, and harvest festivals are in full swing.

Translation: It’s the absolute best time of year to take a vineyard tour.

Red or white—what are we pouring first?

The most requested amenity in Courchevel this winter? No other guests.

Le Chalet is the private residence of Airelles, set in the Jardin Alpin with ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes. It’s booked exclusively, never shared, and it comes fully staffed with a private chef, butler service, and a team that handles everything down to warming your boots before first tracks.

Outside, fresh snow at the door, dog sledding, gondola rides, long lunches on the terrace. Inside, your own spa and pool, a movie theater, and a fireside dinner from your chef that beats any reservation in town. The services of the legendary Airelles palace nearby come with it all.

A great Courchevel trip needs more than a lift ticket. Get in touch to start planning!

There is a subtle magic in the turn of the season, the quiet crunch of leaves underfoot, the crisp air, and the gentle reminder to slow down.

As autumn settles in, the best luxury isn't a destination; it’s the freedom to step away from the noise, put down the screens, and be fully present. Whether it’s watching the morning mist rise over autumn hills or sharing a warm drink by an open fire, taking time to unplug allows us to truly take the world in.

Let the season inspire your next reset. Connect with us to begin your next journey.

“What should I do after safari?” I’ve answered that question the same way for years: the w**elands, and this estate in particular.

Delaire Graff belongs to diamond dealer Laurence Graff and crowns the Helshoogte Pass between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, with just 16 lodges facing the vineyards, each with a heated pool and terrace. The trophy shelf here is genuinely absurd: two Michelin Keys, and the top prize at the global Best of W**e Tourism awards, which effectively named it the world's finest w**e stay.

What makes it singular is the collection. One of South Africa’s most important private art collections is displayed throughout the property, alongside two standout restaurants, a serious w**ery, and a spa with those same valley views.

Stellenbosch deserves more than a rushed tasting day. Reach out, and I’ll help balance the lodge, the w**e, and the rest of South Africa.
