Placida Beach Condo, Little Gasparilla Island Placida Beach Condo units are on this private barrier island which has no bridges and no cars. Guests have access to the free hourly ferry and island pool.

Escape to this secluded beach and nature lovers paradise Little Gasparilla Island; a bridge-less, car-less, 200 yard wide, barrier island right on the Gulf. AKA the "Green Roof Condos", LGI is only accessible by boat or by our private hourly ferry (included). There is a freshwater pool (also included) right on the island. Truly a fisherman's paradise with private dock. The unit has bamboo hardwood throughout and an open East view of the bay and screened lanai. High speed unlimited WIFI.

One week post Hurricane Milton. Buildings are standing strong, much of the debris has been piled away thanks to a few owners and workers. Still much to do. Electrical and water systems in need of repair or replacement. Many neighbouring homes need major repairs or have been completely wiped off the island.
