Located outside of Wautoma, Wisconsin, Huron Lodge offers a wonderful 4 season getaway to your friends and/or family. Overlooking beautiful Huron Lake, you’ll find crystal clear water, excellent and safe for swimming, kayaking, canoeing and outstanding fishing on this no-wake lake. ter. In the winter, cozy up by the fireplace in the great room with pine cathedral ceiling. Huron Lodge is complete with a great room, dining area, full kitchen (with dishwasher), enclosed sunroom, full bath, and 2 bedrooms on the main level. The lower level includes large family room, deck, bedroom and another full bath. Comfortably sleeps 12 in a variety of configurations including 3 queen beds, one full size bed, a queen futon and three twin beds. Loft bedroom upstairs from main level. All bedding, sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Flat screen TV with cable on the main level, TV with gaming system in the lower level family room. Also available for you are a selection of 'old school' games - decks of cards, poker chips, and board games. For outdoor summer fun, 100 ft. of beach frontage includes a dock, swim raft, swim noodles, paddle boat, canoe, sail boat and row boat. Or bring your own boat to motor on the lake (no wake but we can have motors). A large yard both at the beach and up by the Lodge provide areas for play and games. Relax with a bonfire in the fire pit by the beach and enjoy the stars, toast marshmallows and tell ghost stories. Winter fun includes ice fishing, cross country skiing and Nordic Mountain Ski area in Mount Morris. Free WIFI, two car garage (plus parking for 2 more cars), washer and dryer are all available for your use. Room for a boat trailer. If you choose not to cook yourself or are looking for a night out, this area boasts many excellent options for dining. Some of our favorites include - Two Lakes Supper Club in Almond ( a local tradition open April-October), Silvercryst Supper Club, The Moose Inn, Christianos Pizza all in Wautoma, The Lodge in Mount Morris, Lavores on the Hill in Coloma, Pioneer Pub in Wild Rose. Ron’s in Plainfield offers excellent breakfasts and the Plainfield Bowl serves up terrific Italian Beef sandwiches and pizza. Huron Lodge is located 10 miles NW of Wautoma just off Hwy. 73 (but don’t worry, it’s not right on the highway). Conveniently located to many cities –one hour from the Fox Valley, less than 2 hours from Madison. Approximately 2 hours from Milwaukee, you can still get here on Friday after work!
