· KNOWLEDGE: ……It is mandatory to know what we are selling: Whether it is a gear motor or linear encoder etc., it is important to have fluency with the parameters and the functionality of the part(s).
We build on knowledge; We yearn for knowledge; It is one thing to quote, however, to identify with a component's functionality and how it complements with other components is imperative!!! e.g. gear box with a gear motor + encoder + coupling. How are we braking the motor: thru \ hysteresis or gear reduction? Positioning? Incremental or absolute etc. Havingf insight is a substantial asset to our very existence and to the support of our customer.

· BUSINESS EMPATHY: We listen to the concerns of our customer and identify with them. What are their challenges? How can we make a difference to make their life easier?
