Travelers must call the NOSC CDO at (860) 573-9180

-CDO/SDO will contact NOSC Order Specialist

-NOSC Order Specialist will engage the situation/issue

-If NOSC Order Specialist cannot resolve situation/issue

-NOSC Order Specialist will call the RMARCC CDO

-After NOSC Order Specialist receives

concurrence they will call the NROWS/DTS Forces Travel/Help Desk at
800-537-4617

Emergency Travel
Q: What constitutes an emergency on the weekend? A: Travel that will occur in the next 24 hours to include the following: Red Cross Message, ticket not purchased for travel within 24 hours, Search and Rescue Missions, and National/Natural Disasters. Items that are not emergencies (this list is not all inclusive): changes to itineraries for personal convenience, failure to route/fund applications in a timely manner or requesting changes for future travel. Travel concerns that are more than 24 hours from the scheduled travel date will be handled by N33 during normal business hours with the exception of weekend or Monday travel. NOSC PLNV POC:
