When we travel, we always love finding at least one or two off-the-beaten-path spots to explore—and in Aruba, Casibari Rock Formations was a favorite! 🌿✨

We started our morning with a breakfast picnic at the base of these massive boulders, enjoying the quiet before the island fully woke up. Climbing to the top was a short but fun adventure, and the 360° views of Aruba’s desert landscape were worth every step! ☀️🏝️

🚢 Vancouver Island vs. Seattle & Olympic National Park: Which Is Better for a Family Trip? 🌲🏞️

We’re planning a family trip to the Pacific Northwest this summer, and the big debate is: Vancouver Island or Seattle + Olympic National Park? Both sound incredible, and here’s what we’ve learned so far:

✅ Vancouver Island – Think laid-back island vibes, whale watching, wild beaches, and coastal rainforests. Victoria has a charming, walkable downtown, while Tofino is perfect for tide-pooling and surf-town energy. Getting there takes extra effort (ferry or flight), but it’s packed with ocean adventures and fewer crowds.

✅ Seattle & Olympic National Park – A mix of city fun and epic nature! Seattle has Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and great museums, while Olympic offers rainforests, waterfalls, and rugged beaches. It’s easier to access, but driving between spots in the national park can take time.
