4 the Spectrum Prep, LLC. We compassionately develop a Love for Learning with play-based programming. In 2007, Nikki Moses saw a void with limited ABA services in the Collin County area.

Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst of 20 years, Nikki Moses, along with her exceptional team, help children with autism attain a quality of life through ABA treatment. As a result, Nikki founded Consulting 4 the Spectrum to meet the overwhelming needs of families. ices in Collin County. Over the course of her experience, she began to see that many learners were having challenges with generalizing skills to various environments. To fill a void in the community, in 2009, Nikki opened her first ABA treatment center in Frisco, Texas and later relocated to Plano, Texas in 2013. We currently offer center base services with a focus on direct treatment, parent training, group learning-social groups and private and public school IEP/BIP guidance. Nikki has always placed emphasis on quality over quantity and felt it necessary to control growth so that we never lose sight of why we do what we do. We have maximized our collaborative efforts with related service providers such as speech and occupational therapists to increase positive outcomes for our students. A significant part of our service structure is our holistic approach to learning. Our service far surpasses direct treatment. Preparing students for everyday life, interacting with others and being able to connect with the world around them is the cornerstone of what we do. Nikki’s vision has always been to develop an effective way to bridge the gap between ABA and education. As many of our students have transitioned to mainstream and inclusion settings, we have seen a tremendous disconnect with their behavioral and educational needs being effectively met in school settings. Our mission has been to provide group learning opportunities in conjunction to direct therapy so that other learners can generalize skills to a group setting with a behavioral approach. We expanded our program in January 2017 and as a result, 4 the Spectrum Prep is designed to prepare learners for school age group learner readiness.

🧱Building Beyond Blocks Brick by Brick: Foundations of Growth and Connection 💙✨

Every block placed is a step forward, every moment of connection is a foundation for growth. For individuals with autism, building blocks are more than just play; they represent patience, problem-solving, and the beauty of progress at one’s own pace. Every connection made, every skill gained is a foundation for something greater. Progress isn’t measured by speed, but by the strength of the journey. Growth is about building a world where every mind is seen, valued, and supported.

Don’t just be a Bystander💫

Supporting a family with autism is not about telling them what they should or should not be doing. It’s about being there when they need help, offering understanding, and respecting their unique journey.

Every family’s path is different, and the best way to support is by listening, learning, and offering kindness without judgment. 💙✨

Motivation Mindset: Tap In to the energy that shapes learning💫

Every session is an opportunity. How we show up—our energy, flexibility, and preparedness—directly influences how a learner engages. We all have tough days, but our role is to ensure that doesn’t translate into our session. Instead, lead with motivation, intention, and adaptability.

Key Questions to Keep Your Motivation Mindset Strong:

🚀 Am I recognizing the difference between an activity of interest and a true reinforcer? What captures attention isn’t always what sustains motivation.

🚀 Can I think outside the box and expand how I use an activity? If I see only one or two ways to engage, can I push myself to find four or five?

🚀 Am I ready to pivot? If the learner isn’t responding as expected, do I have a backup plan?

🚀 Is my energy building motivation? Am I conditioning new reinforcers through excitement, play, and engagement?

🚀 Do I have reinforcers ready and varied? Motivation thrives on novelty—am I switching things up to keep engagement high?

🚀 Do I understand what motivates my learner? Tangible rewards, social interaction, movement, sensory input—what works best today?

A Motivation Mindset isn’t just about the learner—it’s about us. It’s about bringing energy, adaptability, and enthusiasm to every session so that learning is not just effective but enjoyable.

Our Story

In 2007, Nikki Moses saw a void with limited ABA services in the Collin County area. As a result, Nikki founded Consulting 4 the Spectrum to meet the overwhelming needs of families. Consulting 4 the Spectrum was the first ABA service provider to employ therapists and offer full-time in-home treatment services in Collin County. Over the course of her experience, she began to see that many learners were having challenges with generalizing skills to various environments. To fill a void in the community, in 2009, Nikki opened her first ABA treatment center in Frisco, Texas and later relocated to Plano, Texas in 2013. We currently offer center base services with a focus on direct treatment, parent training, group learning-social groups and private & public school-IEP/BIP guidance.

Nikki has always placed emphasis on quality over quantity and felt it necessary to control growth so that we never lose sight of why we do what we do. We have maximized our collaborative efforts with related service providers such as speech, occupational and music therapists to increase positive outcomes for our students. A significant part of our service structure is our holistic approach to learning. Our services far surpass direct treatment.

Our mission has been to expand our preparatory group learning program so that other learners can generalize skills to a group setting with a behavioral approach. We expanded our program in January 2017 and as a result, 4 the Spectrum Prep serves as preparatory group placement program for children with autism.

Consulting 4 the Spectrum continues to have the same goal: to make a difference in lives, one child at a time.
