Over thirty years ago, a young boy started hanging Christmas lights in front of his childhood home in Dover, FL. Through the years, these few strings of lights transformed into a wondrous 1 1/2 acre winter wonderland, proudly displayed on the same patch of ground where it all began. As with most things that grow, Christmas Lane began feeling growing pains several years ago. With the display outgro

wing the family yard setting and a parking lot that was becoming overwhelmed by the growing Christmas Lane crowds, something had to change in order to accommodate Christmas-loving crowds. SO...

As of the 2015 holiday season, Christmas Lane has a new home, the Florida Strawberry Festival Grounds, in Plant City, Florida (only about 6 miles east of our original location). Our move to the Festival Grounds will accommodate our wonderful and expanding Christmas display, and allow for a greatly improved live entertainment area and food court. Also important for those of you who have experienced the long traffic lines, is the parking. We now have parking accommodations to alleviate those parking line situations, allowing a smooth flow of vehicles into the lot.

Over 2000 volunteer hours have prepared the winter wonderland full of the magic of Christmas at every turn. With over 1.5 million lights, drawing more than 180,000 watts of power, adorning over 200 Christmas trees from 4 to 40 feet, our scenes are built with lots of love!
