We have received a couple of pictures from neighbors and some we found on Facebook sites and saw our area. We know that The Dew Drop Inn & Mountain Dew Cabin are upright and standing but do not know the extent of damage. For those of you that have trips booked we will either do refunds or once we know the extent of damage caused, we will offer rescheduling for you once all repairs have been made and cabins are done. Thank you to everyone that prayed for us through this horrific event! We still ask you to pray for all of the people and families affected 🙏🙏♥️💔🙏🙏

I had the opportunity to talk with a repairman yesterday and our conversation led to this very thing. Then, this morning, this was the topic(perfectly timed) in my daily devotional! He is a 1st generation Haitian immigrant who has stopped going to Church because of the failures of the people that make up that Church. We are all “people who fail” in Gods eyes. HOWEVER, we ALL have the gift of Jesus and through that gift, we have been forgiven and renewed. Don’t expect the Church to be perfect because it can not be when we the people make up the Church but we can strive to make it better by allowing Jesus to guide and teach us. If you’re not going to Church anywhere and you’re looking for a new Church, I would like to invite you to visit Faith Baptist Church Ayden Sundays at 10:30am.
