The Davancy Chateau is located just minutes from Helwig Winery in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Surrounded by our estate grown varietals, this quiet retreat is perfect for a family and friend’s getaway or an intimate casual celebration.

Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, relax on the patio or take a stroll around the 1-acre pond, all while enjoying the spectacular views.

The Davancy Chateau is a luxurious destination property that includes a gourmet kitchen, game room with an 80” flat screen tv and pool table, 6 bedrooms, four and half bathrooms, steam showers, spa tub and much more.

The property also offers a separate Carriage house to accommodate additional guests for just a weekend getaway.

Limited dates are available August-October 2024 and we are now taking reservations for 2025. Minimum 2 night rental. Please contact [email protected].

As we transition from spring to summer, we can't help but stop in awe of the natural beauty surrounding us!!

We're so grateful for an amazing spring and can't wait to soak up the summer sun from the back patio or by the pool, sipping some Helwig Winery sparkling or maybe a perfectly chilled white.
