With a total of 3000 horses powering 4 props, she is capable of speeds of up to 30 knots! k lighting - and she's the only boat to feature under water lights built into the hull! You can find hot and cold food and beverages at the galley in our heated/air conditioned lounge. The Gambler is the widest boat in her class, providing extra stability and deck room for your comfort. She also boasts huge built-in fish holds for our offshore big game trips. Our business has been family owned and operated since 1949. The Gambler's friendly, experienced Captains and crew are happy to assist both beginners and experts. Who is ready for sweet summer time, half day flukin and nite Wreckin?! We sure are!!

Starting this Saturday (6/14) we will be switching to our half day fluke schedule. We will be sailing EVERYDAY from 8am-12:30pm and 2pm-6:30pm. We will still have a few days to keep those delicious seabass as well.

Starting this Thursday (6/12) will be starting our night wreckin trips. These trips only sail on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7:30pm-12:30am. Targeting various species throughout the season.

Reservations are HIGHLY recommended- spots WILL fill up quickly. We are looking forward to a great summer!

We have one more 10 hour Sea Bass trip leaving THIS Friday (6/13) at 6AM. The 10 hour trips have been great and we've been supplementing the catch with a good amount of red hake. There are still some openings for the 10 hour sea bass this Friday morning!

Gambler has had steady action on the sea bass grounds along with some pretty big ling to help fill the coolers. Still making the 8AM till 2:30 run daily, except for the next two Fridays, when we will run a 6AM till 4PM trip.

Tomorrow's 10 hour trip still has plenty of extra room for anyone interested.

Gambler will begin Nite Wreckin' starting tomorrow night. Night trips fish every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights through the summer.

Gambler will begin running half day trips on Father's day Weekend, drifting for fluke and sea bass.

We just returned from our 24hr offshore tilefish trip last night. Last trip of the season. It was very good fishing on some big fish, up to 40lbs.

Gambler had really good sea bass and ling fishing again yesterday. Action is holding up. Big ones are in the mix!

We were a little limited to where we could fishing today, due to gusty winds, but we did catch good --just more shorts fishing in closer.

One more tilefish trip with plenty of availability --leaving Tuesday night. Weather looks ideal. Call us or sign-up online if you want to go!

Gambler's Sea Bass trips have been good, with good numbers of keeper sea bass and some big beautiful ling in the mix. We have also seen an occasional cod, po***ck or winter flounder in the mix. The first day of the season was a little slower, but since then, it seems like more fish have moved in. Sea bass have been taking bait and jigs.

Gambler is fishing everyday 8AM till 2:30 PM except for Fridays.

On Fridays, Gambler is running longer trips for sea bass, leaving at 6AM and returning by 4PM.

We have moved our Offshore Tilefish trip to leave Tuesday June 3rd by 11PM --Fishing for the jumbos. There is still room on board and bunks are included with the fare. Rental gear is available. Don't miss the last spring Tilefish Trip of the season!

*All our trips are sailing at reduced capacity for your comfort

*Heated/AC cabin --coffee, burgers, hotdogs, pizza available in our well stocked galley
