As of July 8, 2021, the state of Hawaii will allow all travelers vaccinated in the U.S., to avoid quarantine without getting a pre-travel COVID test!! You only need to upload your vaccination card to your Safe Travels portal.

Keep in mind that if you have not been fully vaccinated in the U.S., which is your choice, you will still need to follow the Safe Travel Program rules and provide a pre-travel negative COVID-19 test to enter Hawaii safely!
