Oh, hi. This might be one of my favorite "oh hi" videos because it really captures all the love, warmth, kindness, gratitude and yes, even the mystery (and fun too) I try to share with all my posts. Can you hear the two little French voices off camera as the vid starts? They belong to two brothers ages 4 and 6 or so. Playing. Laughing. Smiling. Saying "regarde" as they dive and splash and hold on to each other. Mama was watching the whole time. Feet in the water. Drinking in the moment of love, joy and exquisitely simple family connection that's possible by looking up from the phone and embrace the healthy power of the present moment. And you thought you were just watching another silly swizzle head popping out of the pool video, right? This is way more than that. It's a reminder! A warm, gentle, kind reminder....Put your phone down and you're feet in the water. Hug the people you love for no particular reason! Remember what it's like to play. Share the love. The world is a good place...in spite of some pretty compelling evidence to the contrary. All it takes to feel it is to pop your head out of whatever is distracting you at the moment and say...oh hi. Stay tuned. This is only the beginning.
