Located in Oakland Park FL, Craft is proud to be working in collaboration with developers Newrock Partners, this 7-story apartment complex is under construction at 3411 North Federal Highway, and will feature expansive community amenities in an emerging neighborhood with convenient shopping, plazas, and area parks. The complex includes 28,000 SF of ground floor retails space and will feature a variety of unit sizes and layouts to cater to diverse needs, along with modern amenities such as a resident’s library, 297 enclosed parking spaces, a fitness center, coworking space, a dog park and 4th floor community pool.

Team Craft is moving along beautifully at Parc - thank you to NewRock Partners and a strong field team supporting this project in Oakland Park.

Located in Oakland Park FL, in collaboration with developers Newrock Partners, this 7-story apartment complex will be built on a 2.15 acres of land along N Federal Hwy.
