Mark your calendars for Family Bingo Night on Thursday, July 10th, from 6:00–8:00pm at Paradise Park inside Spray Waterpark! 🏞️✨
Grab your crew, claim your table early, and get ready for a night of lucky numbers, loud laughs, and quality family time. The first game starts at 6:15pm, and Blue Water Bar & Grill will be serving up delicious eats and drinks! (Feel free to bring your own food too—just no outside alcohol 🍕🥤)

🇺🇸✨ Nocatee residents rolled out the red, white, and WOW today at the Annual Golf Cart Parade! With over 250 decked-out carts—from a patriotic Liberty Bell to Elvis himself (yes, really!) and even a groovy little VW bus—the residents truly outdid themselves! 🎉👏

The 8th Annual Independence Day Golf Cart Parade is happening Saturday, July 5th — and YOU’RE invited!

🌟 Decorate your golf cart in patriotic style and meet us at Nocatee Station Field at 8:30am to line up. The parade kicks off at 9am, winding its way around Splash Waterpark and the Town Center communities for a morning full of festive fun!

🎉 Not in the parade? No worries! Come cheer from the sidelines and soak up the patriotic spirit. After the parade, keep the celebration going with friends and family at Splash and Spray Waterparks! 💦

Nocatee Station Field was packed with residents and their guests dancing to the tunes of Tennessee Worthy, enjoying mouthwatering bites from local food trucks, and cooling off with drinks from Blue Water Bar & Grill for the annual Independence Day Celebration! 🇺🇸

The evening wrapped up with a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the sky — a huge THANK YOU to Xfinity for sponsoring the night and to the amazing HOAs for putting together such an unforgettable firework show!! 🇺🇸💥
