Executive Keys Condominiums on the Beach Come to Executive Keys, we're in a small coastal town, on Mustang Island. Condos have full kitchens We're the place people come back to year after year.

We've been here since the 1970's, and we know our way around the beach life. Many of our guests spent their childhood summers at "the Keys" and are now bringing their kids to stay with us. Come join our family! We are located just to the south of "downtown" Port Aransas, with a private boardwalk to the beach. All condos have individual patios or balconies, full kitchens, cable TV, and free Wifi.

Many units have views of the Gulf of Mexico. The advantage of our location is that we're just outside of the most congested parts of city events on the beach (like Spring Break or Sand Fest), but are not miles out of town when you want to have dinner, shop or explore our nightlife. Our property is family oriented, and laid back. We've got outdoor grills, volleyball net, laundry room, and loads of space to run around, or hang out for an extended cook out or picnic. All of our rentals are new, clean and fresh for you! There are only sand dunes between us and the beach!

Housekeeping has trained, and front desk is ready for your reservations!

* Please note that not all of our condos allow pets, so be sure to book early by calling us at 361.749.6272. Pet policies are on our website, execkeys.com, under "Policies".

Obviously we expect our canine friends to respect all guests, and good outdoor housekeeping is a must!

Congratulations to Abe Waterman and Greg Grady, winners of the Master Duo category at this year's Texas Sandfest! Incredible work and community service across Port Aransas makes this festival such a unique event each year!

Sneak peek of a couple of the Sandfest sculptures! Today will be full of visitors here in Port Aransas so be ready for a quota of poor driving, bad decisions and extra wait time at local restaurants.

Pro tip- order carry out as you leave Sandfest and bring your food back to your condo, or of course you can stock up at IGA and cook while the kids hit our pool!

Sandfest raises thousands of dollars for local charity and community organizations here. There is goodness amongst the chaos, and beauty in the talent of all of our sculptors.

Our Story

We are located just to the south of "downtown" Port Aransas, within walking distance to the beach. All condos have individual patios or balconies, full kitchens, cable TV, and Wifi. Many units have views of the Gulf of Mexico. The advantage of our location is that we're just outside of the most congested parts of city events on the beach (like Spring Break or Sand Fest), but are not miles out of town when you want to have dinner, shop or explore our nightlife. Our property is family oriented, laid back, and the pool is heated in the winter. We were hit pretty hard by Hurricane Harvey of 2017, but we are coming back better than ever. All of our buildings have new drywall, electrical, duct work, paint, and will seem new and modern compared to your past visits. Our building #6 was completely destroyed by the hurricane, and has also been rebuilt.

We worked hard to reopen, and will continue to rebuild and enhance our property as time goes by. We look forward to seeing you soon! There are only sand dunes between us and the beach!
