Our cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.... Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen and the third is our bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Sleeping 9 in beds comfortably. We are well behaved well trained pet friendly. (We DO NOT have a fenced in yard!)
Cottage is great for a family or two to share over a summer week or for winter Texans to live in for a month....

ed hard to this a true home away from home for you to enjoy!!! But if there is something we have overlooked, please let us know, we are always looking to improve!!! Some things you should know to make your stay enjoyable…. We have stocked the bunk room closet full of games for all ages, puzzles and cards… So put down those electronics and play an old fashion board game… BUT if you need to get connected, we do have WiFi and there is Direct TV in the living and bedrooms… We also have provided plenty of outdoor sports to enjoy in the laundry room, including basketballs, whiffle bat/ball, badminton and others, so take a walk to the community park and enjoy… Also at the community park, there is a pool ($2/adult and $1/child), skate park, basketball court, volleyball court, baseball diamond and dog park… There is also a cooler and beach umbrella and chairs if you happened to forget yours at home as well!! Please return the items you use, for future guests…
