Update on Boots!

Exiled from his old Port Aransas home, Boots the alligator has created a new life for himself, settling into a Beaumont sanctuary and reportedly fathering some babies, to boot. Here’s a photo that the sanctuary provided, showing the little whippersnappers. Taking the ferry to San Jose Island is still on my list of to-dos in Port a. But I had no idea if it’s history. I have read about the Lydia Ann lighthouse which has a rich history too

Family decompression weekend at the beach after an intense marching band season for both of our teens plus hosting a Holiday Bazaar at their high school. We spent a lot of time in PJs 😄 We found the best shopping center with 6 Antique stores on Alameda Rd in Corpus Christi! Had fun decorating the beach Christmas tree too 🦀🎄
