Tourist spending hit 94 billion PLN. Poland is now one of the fastest-growing travel destinations in Europe, with Kraków, Warsaw, and Gdańsk leading the way.

Most Americans still have not been. Those who go, always come back.

Amazing!

Amazing!

The oldest restaurant in Europe is in Poland — and it has been serving food since 1475. 🇵🇱

Wierzynek in Kraków opened its doors before Columbus discovered America. Kings, emperors, and presidents have dined there. It has survived wars, partitions, and two world occupations.

It is still open today. You can still book a table.

Tag someone you would take there.

One of the many "must see" wonders of Poland!

There is a cathedral inside a salt mine in Poland — and it has been there since the 13th century. 🇵🇱

The Wieliczka Salt Mine near Kraków contains an entire underground world — chapels, chandeliers, sculptures, and a full cathedral, all carved from salt by miners over 700 years.

It sits 100 meters underground. The air inside is so clean it was once used as a health resort.

It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Most Americans have never heard of it.

Drop a 🧂 if you had no idea this existed.

A "must see" when visiting Poland! A truly unique Church with a fantastic history behind it!

The Corpus Christi Basilica in Kraków’s Kazimierz district was founded by King Casimir III the Great in the 14th century. The church combines Gothic architecture with a richly decorated Baroque interior. It is one of the most important religious buildings in Kraków and a key landmark of the historic Kazimierz area.

The churches we visit in Poland, are all architectural gems and truly works of art....right down to the detail on a pipeorgan.

Many historic churches in Kraków house impressive pipe organs, often dating back several centuries. These instruments are famous for their powerful sound and intricate craftsmanship. Organ concerts are regularly held in Kraków’s churches, allowing visitors to experience traditional sacred music in historic surroundings.

A sight to behold and with-in driving distance of Gdansk!

A sight to behold and with-in driving distance of Gdansk!

Most people think of castles and picture England. France. Germany.

They've never heard of Malbork.

Built in the 13th century by the Teutonic Knights in northern Poland, Malbork Castle is the largest castle in the world by land area — covering 52 acres of red brick fortress on the banks of the Nogat River.

To put that in perspective: Vatican City covers about 110 acres total. Malbork's castle complex alone covers nearly half of that.

It took over 100 years to build. At its peak, it housed 3,000 knights and their full military operation. It withstood sieges, wars, and centuries of conflict.

During WWII, it was 50% destroyed. Poland rebuilt it brick by brick from historical records and old photographs.

Today it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most visited castles in Europe — yet most Americans have never heard of it.

Have you ever visited a castle? Would you add Malbork to your bucket list?
