Jim, David and James wore out the big jumbo snapper today.

Had to fight the wind and high seas but we got it figured out and the fish cooperated.

Back down in Port O’Connor for some offshore action.

For those who don’t know, it’s very usual to see snapper photos in Sept. However, NOAA fisheries extended snapper season this year and it goes all way to Oct 26.

With that said, long term customers Jim and his crew w/ Municipal Valve out of the Dallas area.

Fished a brand new spot today and had our 3-man snapper limit in 10 min. It was hot n’ heavy. Managed a good mahi at the same spot…then hooked up on 2 kings…landing one.

Called it a day and came in early.

Had Bryant Davis and his yearly crew out for a 8hr snapper run…

This full moon has the early bite tough but as we got into later morning the bite turned on. Bryant ended winning the snapper pot w/ a 16.3lb’er

Always a great time w/ this group and I look forward to next summer!

Peterbilt day 4 was yesterday and we made a what was suppose to be a quick run to snapper-ville. Well, it started great but current gig up on us and we had to grind it out to get all our fish. Full moon didn’t help….but, we got it done and got all our fish. Good ones too!
