3 Bedroom-2 Bath Beach house in Port St Joe Fl in Beacon Hill area next to Mexico Beach
• Sleeps up to 9 (max 6 adults)
• Main floor is 1 bed (queen futon bed) and1 bath, Queen sleeper sofa in living room
• Upstairs is 2 bedrooms-1 bath. Master has king size bed, Guest room has twin over queen bunk bed
Amenities include:
• Fenced yard for dogs/kids Gulf County beaches are dog friendly at all hours for visitors - no permit required but dogs must be on leash
• Beach is a 3 min walk / 1 block away
• Beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 wagons, a 2-person sea kayak with wheels
• 5 TVs - All TV service is Internet streaming with free Netflix, YouTube TV, Prime Video, etc.
• There is a Ring doorbell at the front door
• Wonderful outdoor entertaining area on back patio with Weber gas grill plus small charcoal grill, as well as a Tiki bar
• New central AC-heat unit
• Keurig coffee (K-cup supplied), drip coffee maker for ground coffee and coffee grinder, Nespresso cappuccino-espress machine
• Makeup mirrors in both bathrooms
• Smoke and CO2 detectors in all rooms
• Outdoor fire pit with sitting area
• We offer a 50amp outlet for up to 32' size RV, boat and trailer located on south side of house
• Private safe in master closet
• Outdoor shower with hot/cold water
• Small wading pool 6 ft x 2
There is a small 1 bed/1 bath mother-in-law suite/bungalow at rear of property that is NOT part of the house rental but may be available for rent at an additional cost if more space is needed. Has 3 rooms (approx 350 sq ft) - living area/full kitchen, 2 Smart TVs, bedroom with queen bed, and bathroom/closet with shower, toilet, washer/dryer and vanity, plus covered deck and outdoor shower with hot/cold water and small fenced yard for dogs, charcoal/gas grill, plus 3 beach chairs and cart. Possibility of owners occupying this unit separate from your rental of house but never added renters - they do NOT share any part of house amenities but do have to walk on north side of house thru gate to get to bungalow. We will advise if owner is staying at time of rental. Golf cart by bungalow is not included in rental.
$50.00 fee includes first 2 dogs. For 3-4 dogs there is an $25 extra fee per dog per stay (max 4 dogs). We allow large dogs such as Golden Retrievers, but NO pit bulls or other aggressive breeds. Cats are NOT allowed!
Area fishing is great with boat launch a few miles north in Mexico Beach; good restaurants nearby especially 10 miles away in Port St. Joe. Scallop season mid-Aug thru late Sept, tarpon season all summer so come stay with us!
