The Blu in its original day as the Gulf Sands. How cool to have a local share this and wonderful memories shared here. Fun fact: it had a restaurant that was known for their fried shrimp special. 🍤

Just another reason we love St. Joe Beach. It’s dog-friendly!!
Just remember to pick up after your pets and keep them on a leash. There are even dog cleanup stations at certain points along the beach that make cleanup a breeze!

We love to have our pets with us when we travel, so we made The Blu dog-friendly, too!! So bring your beach babies along for the fun when you stay with us. We can’t wait to share how we’re going to make their stay great, also!! 🐾

So many reasons to love St. Joe Beach, but one of the top reasons is bonfires on the beach.
Beach bonfire on the 4th is a must at SJB! 🇺🇸🔥

Types of beachgoers:

* Read a book, take a nap, never move

* Surf fish all day - catch/no catch, cooler by side

* The Active - always playing some type of beach sport - frisbee, football, baseball, bocce ball, volleyball... the list goes on

* The beachcomber - "What treasure will I find today?"

* In the waves all day

Whichever type you are or if you are a mix, every type likes to end the day with a Gulf of Mexico sunset. They are truly like no other.

We are excited to announce the Forgotten Coast Inn in beautiful St Joe Beach, Florida is now under new ownership and will soon undergo a big makeover!
