Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the open upper deck or the lower covered deck and watch dolphins frolic in the ocean waves. Cape San Blas is still one of the last secluded beaches in Florida, but only minutes from shopping and restaurants. You will enjoy watching the pelicans gliding over your head and the shore birds scampering in the surf looking for their next meal. At night the sky is black a

nd you will see more stars than you ever thought imaginable. Coy T by the Sea, formerly known as 'Sabu', is filled with windows, so you can enjoy the view from practically every room in this Gulf front home. Come and enjoy this spacious beach house with only sand and water in front of you. All you need to do when you walk through the door is start having fun. Calming colors greet you as you enter the home. The kitchen with granite counter tops is nicely stocked. There is a wet bar with a free standing ice machine to fuel cocktail hour or to fill a cooler for a day on the beach. The great room features tile flooring, comfy couches and lots of seating for movie watching or just relaxing. You have a view of the Gulf from every seat. There is Smart TV so bring your account passwords for digital tv and music. Internet connectivity for checking your social media or just browsing the web and basic cable. This room offers a sleeper sofa with an additional couch and loveseat. Off the great room, a Master Suite that consists of two rooms separated by barn doors, and a full bath. When you enter the suite you have your bath to the left and your king bed to the right. Through the barn doors is the sitting room with queen sleeper sofa. This layout is great for a family who needs extra sleeping quarters or for couples who want to have happy hour together then retire to their own rooms for some private time. From this room there is an exterior door leading to the screened in porch. Once you go up the stairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed. It has its own private full bath. The other master suite set up just like the main floor master. Both of these suites offer sweeping views of the Gulf. This sitting room sleeps up to 4 also. There is a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. This room has an exterior door leading to the sun deck. Each Bedroom has a Smart TV. The beach is a short boardwalk away and an outdoor shower rinses the sand and sun away. Come to 'Coy T by the Sea' and seek your still, quiet bliss. Amenities: Air Conditioning, 4 TVs, DVD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Gas Grill (BBQ), No Smoking, No Pets.
