Super easy, close beach access via a small, private, beachside neighborhood boardwalk to the immediate left of Sunnyside Up. 1st tier with amazing, vast gulf views and beautiful bay views. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac. No busy roads to cross. Amenities include an elevator, private heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, hot/cold outdoor shower, gas grill. Situated on a huge corner lot offering guests lots of privacy and ample vehicle/boat parking. Three Gulf-side porches and a bayside sunrise deck.
Dog-friendly beaches (on leash), great fishing, hiking, shelling, and nature.

Many of our returning guests may recognize this beautiful headboard. It was one of many projects our dear friend Jeremy helped us with. Jeremy passed away in January 2025 at the age of 54 after a battle with stomach cancer.
He loved the Gulf Coast, enjoyed fishing, and fondly referred to Sunnyside Up as “my beach house.” We truly could not have completed the build of Sunnyside Up without his generous help. Jeremy will always be a part of this home.
If you notice the headboard is no longer here during your stay, please know it has been returned to his wife, Sherry, in his honor. 💗
