The BelleVue is a Gulf Front 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in the Seacliffs Community on beautiful Cape San Blas, FL. Seacliffs is a family friendly, gated community located at the north end of the Cape near the St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park. There is a community pool, small playground and a private walkway over the dunes to the amazing white sand beaches and i

nviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Long term rates available for Winter months. Message for info!! BelleVue has been fully renovated inside and out with new paint, flooring, cabinets, new appliances, quartz countertops, new furniture (including new beds) and decor. Each floor has a large deck overlooking the Gulf. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with guest mode so you can stream your favorite shows. The main floor has a half bath, well stocked kitchen and bright open living room that leads out to the large wooden deck. The living room has a 50 inch Smart TV. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, double vanity and a stacked laundry unit. The oceanfront room features a king sized bed and a private balcony. The bay side bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a large bay window with peeks of the bay. The 3rd floor features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with large shower and walk in closet. Relax on the private balcony with expansive ocean views. A beach wagon and beach chairs are available for use during your stay. There is a new gas grill (purchased 7/2023) on the lower level. Beach campfires are permitted! The BelleVue has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

April 29 – May 9 250.00 a night w a 7 night stay (any 7 days in a row)
May 17-23 275.00 a night (5 or 6 night stay )
May 30-June 6 425.00 a night (7 night stay required)

All rentals also have clean fee of 350, pet fee of 350, and applicable taxes.

BUT they will save all the third party fees that places like VRBO charges…
