I just spent a week at this location and I would not say it's good...I would say it is FANTASTIC!!! If you are looking for a place to stay were all you have to bring is your close, this is it! I am normally very critical of places I stay, as I am in the building industry, but the Coates Family has thought of just about everything to make your stay as stress free as possible. Let me list just a few of the amenities for you. Six person street legal golf cart, 4 brand new bikes, if you have a baby they have a play pen. If you bring your dog, they have a kennel and some dog toys/treats. If you go to the beach they have beach toys, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cart to haul it all and don't forget the cooler provided. If you choose to go to one of the 2 pools on property they even have a couple of noodles to float your day away. And finally if you just can't keep those kids occupied while you play co****le in the driveway (yes that is provided too) they even installed a Playstation 5 in the garage! The house is so clean and well kept we felt guilty cooking and using everything not wanting to mess anything up 🙂 The furnishings and decor of the house has such a relaxing feeling that we didn't want to leave plus there is a TV in every room. When we forced ourselves to leave the house you are just a quick jaunt to the beach or the pool and a couple of places to get refreshments. The Pizza place was very good. The city as some great local shopping and plenty of places to eat out or a Piggly Wiggly to buy groceries and cook at the house (which is what we did a lot). I could go on and on but you really need to experience it for yourselves. You will not be disappointed. You are also only about 40 miles from Panama City for a nice day trip and the drive was really nice. Feel free to ask me any questions about my experience there and I will be happy to reply.
