providing medical insurance too, guess i should thank husband #4 for that too, and really thank you for taking that black hole of a house (591sw st johns bay, 34986)that your own inspector says needs a new roof, serious plumbing and electrical work compkete retile of living room kichen and hallways, oh pool leaks a bit, hot tub pump not working and pool heater failed as well. original asking price of 479k was laughable, only took ya a few weeks to drop it by 20k, then another 15k and yhen another 7.5k settling at 437k still 50k more than its worth. thank you so much for demanding the house. thank you for rejecting my 400k cash settlement offer, your willingness to accept assets saved me my retirement, equity in my maine house, my bass boats and trucks. my life has improved mentally, physically, emotionally and financially since 11/5/2024.
