🇺🇸 REALIDAD NG BUHAY NG MGA PINOY RESIDENT SA USA 🇺🇸

Hindi lahat ng nasa Amerika ay mayaman.
Hindi lahat ng resident dito ay may “instant money.”
At lalong hindi totoo na porke nasa USA ka, magaan na ang buhay.
Ang totoo?
Dito sa Amerika, lahat nagtatrabaho.
Resident ka man, citizen, may asawa o wala
walang libre, walang shortcut, walang instant na ginhawa.
Gigising ka ng maaga, papasok sa trabaho kahit pagod,
uuwi ng gabi, tapos bukas ganun ulit.
Minsan dalawang trabaho pa para lang makabayad ng renta, bills, insurance, pagkain, at pang-padala sa pamilya sa Pilipinas.
Marami ang hindi nakakaalam na dito,
mataas ang sahod pero mas mataas ang gastos.
Kaya kung hindi ka kikilos, hindi ka kakayod
wala ka ring makukuha.
Nakakapagod, oo.
Nakaka-homesick, oo.
Pero tuloy pa rin.
Kasi alam mo na ang bawat pawis mo ay may pupuntahan.
Hindi man bongga ang lifestyle,
pero marangal ang pinaghihirapan.
Hindi man palaging masaya,
pero may direksyon ang pangarap.
Sa lahat ng kabayan ko dito sa Amerika na tahimik lang pero palaban
yung hindi pala-post ng luho,
pero araw-araw lumalaban sa trabaho
saludo ako sa inyo.
Hindi madali ang buhay dito,
pero pinili nating magsikap kaysa sumuko.
Pinili nating magtrabaho kaysa umasa.
At balang araw, masasabi natin:
“Walang instant na pera sa America, pero may pag-asa para sa mas maayos na kinabukasan.” 🇺🇸💪

When Filipinos move to America 🇵🇭➡️🇺🇸, the biggest shock isn’t the weather or the food — it’s the mindset shift.

In the Philippines, community is everywhere.
Family is close. Neighbors talk. People help without being asked.

Just don’t expect it to feel like the Philippines — because it won’t.

Be ready. Be proactive.
Bring your Filipino warmth… but adjust your expectations.
America runs on independence. The Philippines runs on connection. 💯

PBBM IPINAGMALAKI ANG ₱350 AYUDA PARA SA MGA BUNTIS!

Ipinahayag ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. na makatatanggap ng ₱350 buwanang ayuda ang mga buntis na kabilang sa programang “First 1,000 Days,” bilang tulong para mapanatili ang tamang nutrisyon at kalusugan ng mga ina at kanilang mga anak.

Ayon sa Pangulo, mahalagang masimulan ang suporta sa nutrisyon ng bata mula pa sa pagbubuntis ng ina hanggang sa unang dalawang taon ng sanggol, dahil dito nakasalalay ang maayos na paglaki at kalusugan ng bata.

“Meron tayong programa na ‘First 1,000 Days.’ And the first 1,000 days, ang pagbilang niyan, it starts from conception. Magsisimula pagka nabuntis na ang nanay. So, buntis pa lang, nandiyan na ang programang ito. Mga buntis at kanilang anak (0–2 anyos) na kasama sa 4Ps, makatatanggap ng ₱350 kada buwan para suportahan ang nutrisyon ng bata,” ani ni PBBM.

Layunin ng programang ito na tiyakin na ang bawat sanggol ay may maayos na simula sa buhay, lalo na sa mga pamilyang nangangailangan. Ang dagdag na ayuda ay nakikitang malaking tulong para makabili ng masustansyang pagkain at bitamina para sa mga ina at kanilang mga sanggol.
