🌿 Free Nature Tour – August 15
Join garden adopter and retired teacher Fidel Banuelos for a guided bilingual (English/Spanish) tour of the Tule River Parkway Native Plant Demonstration Gardens on Saturday, August 15 at 9 AM.

Participants will learn how California native plants survive the hot summer months, explore over 100 native species, and hear practical gardening techniques that reduce water use while supporting healthy plant growth. The gardens offer benches, a drinking fountain, and an outdoor classroom experience for all ages.

📍 Meet at the kiosk near the west end of the Jaye Street parking lot (across from Harbor Freight).
💧 Free and open to the public.
🌱 Hosted by the Tule River Parkway Association.
