Monday, July 27- Day 5 and the last day of our adventure to the Eastern Townships and Quebec City. It was another beautiful day & we were on our way back to Maine, but not before crepes, the blessings of Mary’s mother at the Basilica in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, exquisite copper art of Cuivres d'art Albert Gilles and a delicious buffet lunch above & before taking the cable car over Montmorency Falls! Oui, Oui, we will be back!

Sunday, July 26, 2026 ~ DAY 4

We began with coffee in a bowl at Le Cochon Dingue then a locally guided tour of historic Quebec City and the lovely l'Île-d'Orléans by the time traveling Gouverneur de Vaudreuil of CICÉRONE tours

A Cider House Tour & Tasting at Bilodeau Cidrerie

Lunch with 5 wine pairings at Vignoble La Grange

Tres Bon ice cream 🍦 Chocolaterie de l'Île d'Orléans

Free evening in Old Québec / Vieux-Québec area.

Saturday, July 25, 2026 ~ DAY 3 from the Eastern Townships to Quebec City

We headed from Magog, through the gardens of Bleu Lavande with a refreshing tasting of sparkling lavender lemonade, lavender honey, and lavender chocolate. On to Parc Marie-Victorin in Kingsey Falls for lunch and a lively guided tour of their 5 themed gardens with stunning mosaic sculptures and a carnivorous plant exhibit!
Sweet tasting & tour of the Miellerie King - distillerie & hydromellerie Honey Factory.

Topped off the day in Québec City with a delicious dinner at Restaurant Louis Hébert ! Tres Bon!

Friday, July 24, 2026 ~ DAY 2

Breakfast Buffet at our hotel
Early walk along the trails at Marais de la Rivière-aux-Cerises, Magog, Quebec before our morning visit to Abbaye de Saint Benoît du Lac for an audio tour and time to reflect with the monks during their 11:00 am Gregorian Chant then time to buy Cheese 🧀!

Continuing our search for the fabled village of Three Pines at the Knowlton, Bookstore & Cafe. I did find Rosa 🦆 Auberge Knowlton/Le Relais Bistro!
We returned to Magog for Bubbly Hour Cruise (Grand Cru) & had free time in Downtown Magog for dinner des canton’s microbrewerie & dancing 💃! Another full day with perfect weather and the most wonderful group! Tres Bon!!

Thursday, July 23, 2026 ~ DAY 1 of our adventure in Quebec!

Busy beautiful day yesterday on the way to the Eastern Townships 🇨🇦 of Quebec with an early morning departure from Maine; stops in Cannan VT border crossing | then a stroll around Parc de la Gorge-de-Coaticook and a walk across the suspension bridge…

Yummy lunch at L'Érabliere du Village in Compton 🍻

Tour/Tasting at Fromagerie La Station de Compton with Mario…

Afternoon drive through North Hatley in search of Three Pines

A lively Tour/Tasting at River Distillery, Magog

To finally arrive at our hotel des Sables for the next 2 nights, Orford, QC

Group Dinner included! Whew oui oui!!
