The City of Portsmouth glows this holiday season, thanks to the spirit of this community! On behalf of Mayor Becksted, thank you for decorating with such imaginations!. We are grateful to Seacoast Media Group as media sponsors and Ricci Lumber, Home Depot, and Lowe's for the $500 gift cards.
