Enjoy the guest living room on the main floor with expansive views of the countryside, Cascade mountains and over to the Poulsbo waterfront. Have fun in the billiards room in the basement, card/game tables, shuffleboard, bumper pool and movie theater seating for 20 people. Relax in the private spa located in the turret, on the 3rd floor. Meeting venue: Need a spot with your team to get away from it all? Quiet yet with WiFi for meetings? Ideal size for a group of up to 25 for meeting in our Konferens Room with Vibe white board and printer/scanner

Mini-Reunions: Families, girlfriends, guyfriends, co-ed bachelor/ette parties. Can sleep up to 16 individually or up to 25 as couples and kids comfortably for overnight retreats and reunions vacation.

Honored and humbled to have been interviewed by Kitsap Business Magazine to share with our community the history, journey and future of Nordic Hill Manor. Thank you to all our guests for allowing us to be part of their lives in creating memories!

Perched above Poulsbo with sweeping views of town, forest, and—on clear days—even the Seattle skyline, Nordic Hill Manor doesn’t immediately reveal the century of family history behind its stone façade. From the road, it’s the kind of place you might glimpse once and wonder about for years afterward—a turreted, castle-like house tucked among 20 acres of evergreens, trails, and meadows.

For Heinz and KJ Lange, the couple who now run it as a thriving vacation rental and retreat space, Nordic Hill Manor is equal parts family legacy, hospitality business, and ongoing love story with Kitsap County.

“We’re really just creating the space,” KJ said. “People come here to make their own memories, spend time with family and friends. It’s humbling to know we get to be part of that.”

THE VIKINGS ARE COMING
AND THIS TIME THEY’RE FRIENDLY!

Valkyrie is a magnificent 56 foot hand-crafted vessel — marrying traditional, old-world craftsmanship with sturdy timbers from native trees, some as old as the Vikings themselves — responsibly harvested from Pacific Northwest forests. She took 11 years to build, is Coast guard approved and the only kind in the United States. She is calling Poulsbo her homeport over the summer and located on public dock next to the Brass Kraken.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us last week for Scare Away Hunger! From the creative costumes to the laughter during the movie game, it was a night full of fun, connection, and community spirit.

We’re thrilled to share that together we raised $20,702.22, meeting and exceeding our $20,000 goal — every dollar of which will go directly toward purchasing food for families in need through Fishline.

A special thank you to our gracious hosts, KJ and Heinz Lange of Nordic Hill Manor and to all our incredible attendees and donors. Your generosity and enthusiasm made this event truly magical.
