We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for our August free cooking class at the , made possible through a generous grant from the .
In this hands-on workshop, Chef Kristina of , a professional chef and health coach, will guide you through creating eggplant parmesan using fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Prescott Farmers Market.
You’ll learn both food preparation techniques and nutritional education to ensure no food goes to waste and help you feel empowered to create nourishing dishes with local produce.
