We are getting excited about Nature Camp! Being in nature is not only fun, but it's also essential for children's healthy development:
"--Time spent outdoors makes children happier, more attentive, and less anxious.
--Outdoor play builds confidence through unstructured activities that encourage creativity, imagination, and responsibility.
--Outdoor play naturally increases physical activity, which improves focus and reduces stress". (Child Mind Institute)
