Sitting at the softball field this weekend, watching my daughter and her teammates play, I had one of those “travel advisor” moments.
Travel ball is so much more than the games. It’s hotel reservations, room blocks, changing schedules, coordinating families, finding properties close to the fields, managing budgets, and answering the same travel questions over and over again.
And that’s exactly where I can help.
Coaches already have enough on their plates. Team moms and dads are juggling work, family schedules, and getting everyone where they need to be. The last thing anyone needs is to spend hours comparing hotels, negotiating rates, or trying to coordinate accommodations for an entire team.
As a travel advisor, I can:
⚾ Secure hotel room blocks for tournaments
⚾ Find the best locations near fields and venues
⚾ Help families access group rates and perks
⚾ Serve as a single point of contact for travel questions
⚾ Assist when schedules change and plans need to adjust
⚾ Take the stress of travel planning off coaches and parents
The best part? My services don’t add extra work for your team, and in many cases there is no additional cost to use a travel advisor.
So while I’m cheering from the sidelines and keeping score, I’m also thinking about all the ways I can help make tournament weekends easier for the families, coaches, and volunteers who make youth sports possible.
If your travel baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, or cheer team has tournaments or events coming up, let’s talk. I’d love to help simplify the travel side so everyone can focus on what matters most: the kids and the game.
