You may be hearing some noise in the media regarding a travel agency with whom Disney has cut ties recently. We want you to know that Diserella Travel has never and will never operate in the same manner as that agency. We have different business models and hold ourselves to the highest standards and practices, including Disney's. We value your vacation dollars and time like our own. And, just as important, as the owner of Diserella Travel, I value and respect every one of our amazing, hard working agents immensely.
Diserella Travel is a proud EarMarked/Authorized Disney Vacation Planner agency and the agency owner is on the EarMarked Silver/Gold Advisory Board as a liaison between Travel agencies and the Disney executive team. We are also a Universal Preferred agency, a Sandals Preferred agency, a Funjet Elite agency, and a key account with our other preferred suppliers.
