Check out the new Kitchen at County Line - Smasne Cellars Prosser! It's great to have another delicious food spot in Prosser.

Soft Opening Alert!

We are excited to announce the official opening of the Kitchen at County Line - Smasne Cellars. No ribbon cutting or hoopla, just a 5th generation farming family inviting you to experience a place where everyone is welcome. A place where life slows down. Where our friendly atmosphere, beautiful patio, world class wines, cold beer and elevated comfort food are done with purpose. A place where families and friends can gather just because or to celebrate a special occasion.

We will start off with limited hours and a soft opening menu. Hours will be posted weekly. We will move into our regular hours in a few weeks as our sous chef joins our team and gets up to speed alongside Executive chef Will. We highly recommend reservations which can be made by text/call 509-301-0627.

This week the kitchen will be open the following hours.

Friday April 10th, 3pm- 8pm.
Saturday April 11th, 12-8pm.
Sunday April 12th, 12-5pm.

If you missed our Easter brunch, we are taking reservations for a special Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 10th and dinner reservations for Saturday, May 9th. Text/Call 509-301-0627.

Spring is in the air and summer is right around the corner... which means it's time to plan summer events! Artists can now apply to present their work at the annual Art Walk & Wine Gala here: https://forms.gle/wgMrHcL4AXp1Tkct9

And if you are not an artist, make sure you mark your calendars now so you don't miss this awesome event!

Volunteers wanted! We are coming up on the annual Sip & Stroll in downtown Prosser on March 28. This event is a fun way to celebrate the arrival of spring while raising money to maintain our historic Depot building. Guests enjoy sipping local beverages, strolling around town, and shopping. This year, the event is getting bigger and better than ever with a 21+ zone in the downtown core, vendors, and live music on the streets. We are looking for volunteers to help with the following….

• Set up prior to the event from 11am-1pm
• Check in and sell tickets at the gate from 1-3pm and 3-5pm
• Hand out event maps, glasses, tasting scrip, and swag from 1-3pm and 3-5pm
• Additional tasting scrip sales from 1-3pm and 3-5pm
• MAST licensed pouring staff to assist with pouring for our wineries from 1-3pm and 3-5pm
• Monitor the access points to the 21+ zone from 1-3pm and 3-5pm
• Tear down from 5pm-6pm

If you are willing and able to assist, please email events(at)prosserchamber.org and we'll get you on the list. All volunteers need to be 21+, and will receive a glass and 3 scrip to enjoy the event when they are not working!
