Buongiorno, friends and family of La Gondola! For those of you who don’t already know, Bryna Haynes (the First Gondolady) and I started La Gondola’s nonprofit arm a few years ago called the LGP Community Foundation, dedicated to fulfilling the food, shelter, and belonging needs of Providence County’s most vulnerable residents.

This message is a request - we are looking to help out a family fostering two teenage boys, and they need a set of bunk beds and two mattresses, full size. If you have something like that that we can purchase, or if you are willing to contribute to the cause, please visit lgpcommunityfoundation.org to contact us or make a donation. We are beyond thrilled that Providence once again was chosen as one of America’s best cities to visit, and that CNN chose to feature La Gondola during their trip here! I had the great pleasure of going out with the matriarch and patriarch to see the incomparable at the last night as part of my birthday present. I probably hadn’t seen her in over ten years, but she was just as spectacular as ever - that woman is a national treasure.
