Further congrats to Wylie Burrell for the sold-out opening of his "Something Horrible" show at RSVPtown Gallery alongside gallery anchor artist and leader Karen Cappotto . His work drew a great community of friends, followers and collectors and was something of a sendoff as he's leaving to study at SVA in NYC.
Thanks to everyone for attending. Thanks to Wylie and his team for mounting a beautiful show, making everyone feel welcome and part of it. And special thanks to John Dowd and Provincetown Commons Dave LaFrance who were instrumental in getting this going as well as to Provincetown Art Gallery Association and others who have helped raise awareness.

Congrats to Wylie Burrell for selling out his show at the RSVPtown Gallery last night! And best of luck to him as he moves on to NYC to study at SVA.

Motivated local artists and craftspersons, authors and others interested in mounting an event or show -- specifically creators with a body of work, an existing community of followers and collectors, who are not restricted by exclusive local representation agreements -- should reach out to Gallery Leader and anchor artist Karen Cappotto about RSVPtown Gallery's artist-driven services and spaces. A few more opportunities are available for the right people ready to expand their collector base and broaden awareness of their work.

Repost: and It’s PTown’s own .bartlett of stunning. PART 3 Jimmy Lee’s Fashion Show “4 Townie + Country Weddings & a Funeral” at The Commons over the weekend. The third annual installment of this show/party/happening defies definition but grows organically. This year, with even more local celebrities, nerds, characters, performers, artists … still spilling onto Bradford street and retaining the let’s-have-a-show feel, the indomitable confidence and weird history of Provincetown’s Bohemian art scene, Beachcombers Society, and Helltown legends. Or we may all be a part of someone’s personal, ecstatic fantasia. whose time at proves its concept. It is a “night of fashion, music,art, and love… a truly unique Provincetown event that brings our neighbors together to celebrate Art for arts sake” , #2023
