Silver Lake is one of American Fork Canyon’s most rewarding hikes 🏔️💙 Tucked above Silver Lake Flat, this stunning alpine lake sits just under 9,000 feet and delivers some of the best views on the Wasatch Front.

🥾 4.5 to 5 miles roundtrip with 1,450 feet of elevation gain — moderate difficulty
🚗 High clearance preferred for the dirt road to the trailhead 🌦️ Temperatures run 10 to 20 degrees cooler than the valley — bring a layer

BREAKING: Major Retail Development Breaks Ground in Lehi

CenterCal Properties and Perry Commercial have officially broken ground on The Collective at Morning Vista, a 134,000 square foot retail and dining destination in Lehi, Utah.

Anchored by a Whole Foods Market, the development will bring a curated mix of restaurants, boutique fitness, and lifestyle retail to the Silicon Slopes corridor — along with a central community park and outdoor gathering spaces.

Additional confirmed tenants include Bamboo Sushi, VIQ Med Spa, and Pettolk, with more announcements expected as the project progresses.
