We have finally closed on our house in Florida. We will be going several times the next few months to get it all ready and furnished. The community pool and spa is supposed to be done by the end of Summer. Our plan is to rent it during peek times in January, February and March with a 30 day minimum (for snow birds). The rest of the year, we’re open to renting it at incredible rates for any time frame to our family and friends who want a really cheap and quick getaway to get some sun. If you have any questions feel free to reach out anytime or if you know of a specific time frame you’d like it, let me know and we can reserve that time frame for you. I’ll have a calendar showing availability in a few weeks!

In just 45 minutes, enjoy one of the most popular beaches in all of the United States at Ft. Myers Beach. Also, head north and in just 45 minutes you can be at one of the most underrated beaches in Florida in Englewood Beach. Just to the North of that you'll find Manasota Key Beach and Cool Today Park, home of the Atlanta Braves Spring Training. You can also catch a Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training game in Port Charlotte, a quick 30 minute drive north of Pond-Side Palms Paradise.

Lastly, in just 10 minutes, head north to historic downtown Punta Gorda where you will find Fisherman's Village, TT's Tiki Bar overlooking the Peace River as well as the other fine dining Punta Gorda offers. Want a quick beach feel? Head a few minutes West from Fisherman's Village to Ponce De Leon Park to soak in the hot sun or throw in a line to fish into the Charlotte Harbor.
