🏦 Loan Proceeds: Loans may also be acceptable in certain circumstances. The investor generally remains personally responsible for repayment, and the loan cannot be secured solely by the E-2 business's assets.

📑 Source & Path of Funds: The key is being able to clearly document where your investment funds came from and how they were transferred into the business.
