At Shen-Paco, the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve will always be our number one priority. ❤️

This week, we are providing training to all staff focused on safety practices, including the proper and safe ways to secure the individuals we serve during transportation. We believe ongoing training and reinforcement are essential to maintaining the highest standards of safety across our programs.

We also sincerely appreciate feedback from our community. Your concerns, observations, and suggestions help us recognize areas where we can improve and strengthen the services we provide.

We remain committed to learning, improving, and doing everything we can to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals entrusted to our care. ❤️

Part-Time Direct Support Professional
⏰ Approximately 18 hours per week

Week 1:
• Monday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Week 2:
• Thursday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• Friday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

🏠 2. Moyers Manor – New Market

Part-Time Direct Support Professional
⏰ Approximately 11 hours per week

📅 Every other weekend:
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

🏠 3. Helen’s Haven – Stanley

FULL-TIME Direct Support Professional
⏰ Approximately 36 hours per week

Evening shifts:
• 2:00 PM–11:00 PM

Every other weekend:
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

❤️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our DSPs provide hands-on support and encouragement to adults with disabilities. Responsibilities include:

✔️ Assisting individuals with activities of daily living
✔️ Providing personal care and support as needed
✔️ Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks
✔️ Supporting medication routines
✔️ Providing transportation to activities
✔️ Helping individuals participate in community activities
✔️ Supporting independence, choice, and personal goals
✔️ Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
✔️ Completing required documentation
✔️ Building positive relationships with the individuals we serve
✔️ Being an advocate and a dependable source of support
