*Thai Tie- peanut butter Thai coconut cream base with oven roasted chicken, cheese blend, slaw, cilantro, peanuts and Sriracha drizzle
*Honey Pie- pepperoni, mozzarella finished with hot honey
*oh’Canada- Canadian ham, bacon, Cheese blend of Parmesan and Cheddar, finished with Maple syrup

Saying goodbye to My Mama this week. We will be leaving for North Dakota for her memorial and funeral. She spent many moments with us here over the years and we are grateful for everyone who knew her and loved her spicy personality and fun loving spirit. My heart takes a picture of so many good times we shared her with friends in Quincy.
Flatbreads will resume August 19th and 26th this month. Praying for all the fires in our area and those who have lost their homes🙏

🍷 Millie's First W**e Pairing Dinner 🍷

We're excited to invite you to the first of many w**e pairing dinners at Millie's!

Join us on Friday, August 28 for an intimate evening featuring Evergreen Family W**es and guest w**emaker Nicole Arnold. Enjoy thoughtfully selected Washington w**es paired with a three-course dinner created by Friends' Riviera Catering & Events while Nicole shares the stories behind each w**e and what goes into crafting them.

The Menu

🥂 Welcome Sparkling W**e Toast

First Course
Mediterranean Shrimp with herbed aioli, white w**e butter reduction, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic reduction.

Entrée
Flank Steak with Chimichurri, served with creamy mushroom orzo and a harvest salad with spring mix, cherry tomatoes, red onions, walnuts, Gorgonzola, apples, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dessert
Mocha Chocolate Fondant Cake with crème Chantilly.
