Hollow Oak Plantation Quail/mallard hunting plantation. Hollow Oak Plantation is located on the outskirts of Barwick GA (about 25 miles from Valdosta GA and I- 75). That’s right!

Come enjoy an exciting quail hunt where you will find beautiful Bobwhite quail. On our property you will experience an easy walking quail course nestled in the wiregrass among longleaf pines. We are able to accommodate groups as large as 8 quail hunters. We welcome handicapped hunters; we even have a special golf cart designed to assist those in a wheelchair. In addition to quail hunts we offer a

unique set up for those who want to experience the thrill of shooting released ducks. Unlike anything in this area, we have a specially designed course over a small pond where you will be able to shoot mallard ducks. Half day hunts and full day hunts are available beginning October through March. We provide the option to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the plantation at our lodge. Shooting skeet is a great thing to do during breaks or to warm up before a hunt. Private parties can book session to shoot skeet as well, with 10 different stations on the lighted high-house, low-house course, it’s sure to be a challenge! We can help you host a party or men’s retreat, just bring your shells and shoot skeet while we do the grilling! Whatever your hunting or shooting needs are please let us know and we can put together a package for you. We can handle anything from a corporate hunt for your very best clients down to a father –son hunt for an afternoon. Customer service is only second to SAFETY. While you are at Hollow Oak Plantation, you will be treated with true southern hospitality and outdoor fun that you will never forget.

*Quail hunts start at $225 per person for a half-day hunt. Please contact us for additional packages & pricing. Most of our birds are released; however we often come upon wild coveys of quail from time to time. Please note that at this time our lodge is not wheelchair accessible.
