If you’re heading to Pigeon Forge and would like to stay in an AMAZING hotel, Drury Inn is the place!! We had our stuff in the middle of the room so I have the video split in half (see comments). The hotel is amazing and so beautiful!! I’ll post more later this evening!

“Do we still need travel planners now that we have ChatGPT?"

It's a fair question.

The answer?

Not everyone needs a travel planner. But the right people absolutely do.

ChatGPT is an incredible tool. It can:
✔ Suggest itineraries
✔ Recommend destinations
✔ Compare neighborhoods
✔ Create packing lists
✔ Answer travel questions

I use AI myself.

But here's the difference...

AI gives you information.

A travel planner gives you confidence.

When you're planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip, a family vacation, or a European river cruise, you don't just want hundreds of options.

You want someone to say:
"Based on your travel style, budget, and priorities, this is the best choice for you."

That's where a travel planner adds value.

We help you:
✈️ Save hours of research
🗺️ Design an itinerary that actually flows
🚆 Coordinate trains, cruises, hotels, and transfers
💡 Recommend suppliers we trust
❤️ Help when plans don't go as expected

AI is changing our industry, and that's a good thing.

I believe it will replace people who simply sell information.

But it won't replace expertise, judgment, experience, and genuine human service.

Think of it this way...

AI can give you a recipe.

A chef creates the meal.

Both have value—but they're not the same.

As a travel planner, I don't compete with AI.

I use it to work smarter, so I can spend more time helping my clients create meaningful journeys they'll remember for years.
