Downtown Raleigh's Illuminate Art Walk returns for another magical holiday season! ✨️ Since 2020, the Downtown Raleigh Alliance has transformed Fayetteville Street and beyond with stunning light-based art installations.

I'm thrilled to guide these tours for the second year in a row—with one important change: tours are now pay-what-you-want instead of free (they're no longer sponsored).

This is a brand new experience! While some artists and themes return, most pieces are different from last year. Opening night is First Friday, December 5th, with tours at 5:45 pm throughout December and early January.
