You don't want to miss this master class! ❤️✨José Velasquez will lead a hip-hop class TONIGHT, Thursday, Oct. 5, from 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. that will cover the basics of bouncing and rocking and how they apply to different steps from old to new school.

Dancers will explore different rhythms, patterns, and concepts to expand on creativity and find freedom in movement. The class will conclude with a freestyle cypher to allow students to apply what they learned in class.

⭐ Master Classes are free and open to all NC State students, faculty, and staff. Space is limited, and preregistration is required.

This Thursday at 5:45 pm, join Joan Nicholas-Walker for a master class that will combine elements of traditional and contemporary modern with jazz techniques. The class will include floor work, body isolations and sweeping across-the-floor combinations.

This class is for movers of all kinds and is wonderful for injury prevention and rehabilitation. You will leave the studio standing taller, with a deeper understanding of your own body and its potential.
