One of my favorite things about being a photographer is getting to step into other people's worlds for a little while.
Yesterday, I had the chance to photograph a fellow photographer friend who also happens to be an incredibly talented baker. We spent the morning documenting every step of her sourdough-making process—from mixing and folding to shaping, scoring, and finally pulling those beautiful golden loaves from the oven.
Not only was it fascinating to capture the craftsmanship behind each loaf, but it was also a reminder of how much love, patience, and artistry go into the things we create.
Honestly, every time I look back through these photos, I can still smell that incredible fresh-baked sourdough aroma. 🍞✨
