M 2 NIGHTS. This is not just a rental to us, so if you are a family looking for a beautiful place to stay, not just a party spot, this is the place for you. There are 2 private bedrooms with Queen beds, and a separate 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. All bedding and pillows included. There is a full size pull out sofa in the family room with a 4 inch memory foam pad to throw on top when open for extra added comfort. We have everything you need in the kitchen. Two Crock pots, Dutch oven, waffle maker, toaster, regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, electric fry pan, electric griddle, kitchenaid mixer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the other cooking supplies you will need. We supply coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. Two full bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and wash cloths. Cell phone service is good and internet is available, as well as TV's and DVD players. It is a place where family can spend time together without all of the real world distractions. We have books, games and movies, lots of wildlife and lots to do in the area. Build a fire in the fire pit and make some s'mores with the s'more jar we provide! Wood is all cut, split, piled and ready to go! Or cozy up inside by the gas fire place upstairs or the gas "wood stove" downstairs. With an additional family room downstairs there is plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy the patio set on the large spacious deck while feeding the birds right out of your hand. cook some nice thick steaks on the gas grill on the deck! If you like adventure there is direct ATV/snowmobile trail access. Just pull up off the lawn onto ITS 89, the main trail in and out of Rangeley. Be sure to take a ride to Quill Hill for 360 degree views as far as the eye can see! It is 1.5 miles to the public beach downtown where there is a park, playground and boat access to Rangeley Lake. If you don't have your own boat there are reasonably priced boat rentals at Dockside! There are many smaller lakes and ponds to kayak and fish. It is 3.5 miles to the Saddleback access Road. All reservations are final. If you should have to cancel for ANY reason, we cannot refund money unless we are able to rebook the property for the same dates. If the property is rebooked your funds will be returned minus a $100.00 processing fee. We do not refund for weather events.
